Ok so let’s talk about supplements.

For the past few months I have been taking a pre-conception supplement (2 tablets), and Vitamin D (3 capsules).

I have now switched to a pregnancy and breastfeeding supplement (2 capsules) and I am still taking Vitamin D, but only 2 capsules instead of 3.

If anyone else has any suggestions on different supplements or vitamins you are taking which you find helpful, please comment below.
